Garlon Sherrell, 43, Pigeon Forge, Tenn., was identified by the North Dakota Highway Patrol as the man who died in a Tuesday afternoon crash on North Dakota Highway 58, which runs along the border with Montana. His address was listed as Sidney, Mont., when the crash was first announced as that was his temporary work address.
At 2:46 p.m., according to the NDHP report, Sherrell decided to pass traffic stalled behind a 1998 Freightliner semi-truck pulling a propane tanker driven by Keith Bradford, 51, of Silverlake, Wash., when he slammed his 2003 Suzuki motorcycle into the tanker. Sherrell died from injuries suffered in the collision.
Bradford, likewise, was listed with his temporary work address of Fairview, Mont., in the initial report.
