Williston State College point guard Jordan Jackson will join the Northern Kentucky men's basketball team for the 2013-14 season, WSC announced Thursday.
The 6-foot-2 Jackson, a two-year starter for the Tetons, averaged 14.9 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game during his sophomore year. He will have two seasons of eligibility with the NCAA Division I Norse, who are members of the Atlantic Sun Conference.
"I chose Northern Kentucky because of their coaching staff, academics and facilities," Jackson said in a press release. "They have a young team and I feel I can bring leadership, scoring and some toughness into the mix to help us win."
Jackson was named to the all-Mon-Dak Conference second team and helped the Tetons to a 25-9 record in 2012-13.
