On Dec. 22, 2012, our son and daughter-in-law came from Little Falls, Minn., on the train.
The train was late so we decided to have brunch at Perkins with the kids.
As we were finishing our brunch the waitress came to our table and told us that someone had paid for our brunch.
We didn't know anyone there so we couldn't thank anyone.
We want to thank the people who paid and it helped make our Christmas.
We wish them a happy new year.
We will be thinking about their kindness for a long time.
