Following storm advisory weather conditions of constant snow and heavy winds throughout Friday, there were 13 accidents from 6:15 p.m. Friday night until mid-evening Saturday in Minot. A few, like this overturned car, slid into the ditch in icy road conditions. Others slid into power poles, residential fences, and even knocked down a stop sign, according to unofficial police reports.
