Virgie Christianson, of Minot, will celebrate her 80th birthday at an open house Saturday, Dec. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Brentmoor Community Room in Minot. Her children, Jane Routledge, Crosslake, Minn., Trent, Bismarck, and Kurt, Minot, and their families will host the event. The family requests no gifts.
