LEEDS Todd Follman, 49, rural York, died Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, in a Devils Lake hospital.
He was born June 30, 1963, to Henry and Luella Follman, in Rugby. He married Wanda Moen on Feb. 17, 1996, in Churchs Ferry.
Survivors: wife; children, Spencer, Shelby and Sloane, all at home; mother, Leeds; brothers, Allan, Scotty and Kelly, all of York; sisters, Beverly Stevens, Parshall, Vicky Schlieve, Leeds, and Linda Sattler, Knox.
Funeral: Friday, 11 a.m., Leeds Lutheran Church, Leeds.
Prayer service and time of sharing: Today, 7 p.m., in the church.
Visitation: Today, 5 to 7 p.m., in the church.
