BEULAH Jack Reich, 43, rural Zap, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, of injuries suffered in a two-vehicle accident near Dodge Center, Minn.
He was born Sept. 15, 1969, to Delvin and Joyce Reich, in Mandan. He married Mardee Williams on May 3, 1996, in Shawnee, Kan.
Survivors: wife; daughter, Kaydee, and son, Will, both at home; father, of Zap; sister, Stephanie Keltner; brother, Joe.
Funeral: Wednesday, 10 a.m. CDT, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Beulah.
Burial: Church cemetery, Beulah.
Visitation and rosary service: Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 7 p.m., with rosary service at 7 p.m., both in the church.
