WILLISTON Frank Rosencrans, 79, Williston, formerly of the Tioga and Ray area, died Sunday, Oct. 28, 2012, in a Williston nursing home.
He was born July 23, 1933, to Mary and Martin Rosencrans Sr., in Towner.
Survivors include his brother, Ralph, Williston.
Funeral: Friday, 2 p.m., Bethel Lutheran Home Chapel, Williston.
Burial: Riverview Cemetery, Williston.
Visitation: Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., in Everson Funeral Home, Williston, and Friday, 9 a.m. until the service, in the nursing home chapel.
