It disturbs me that some proponents of Measure 5 are exploiting their puppies and kitties to promote the measure.
Who is better equipped to speak about Measure 5? Dogs and cats that are forced to wear signs or the human beings we trust to help us care for our pets?
The North Dakota Veterinary Medical Association and the North Dakota Veterinary Technicians Association North Dakota's largest and most respected organizations for veterinarians and veterinary technicians - recommend a "no" vote on 5. These are the North Dakota animal health professionals I trust and if they say Measure 5 isn't good enough for our animals, that's a sign I just can't ignore.
