Virgil and Janice Frink, of Parshall, and Ronald and Marlene Miller, of Parshall, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversaries at an open house Saturday, Oct. 13, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Parshall American Legion Hall. Their families will host the event. They request no gifts.
