Anna Allex and Ryan Skarphol, both of Minot, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Anna is the daughter of Jill and Tony Allex, of Minot. She graduated from Minot State University in 2009 with a master's degree in speech language pathology and is currently finishing her master's degree in autism through Eastern Michigan University. Anna works at Edison Elementary as a speech language pathologist.
Ryan is the son of Roger Skarphol, of Wildrose, and Denise Deines, of Taylor. He graduated from Jamestown College in 2006 with a degree in business management. He is employed at Steve Vibeto's State Farm Insurance Agency.
Their wedding will be Friday, Oct. 19, at 4:30 p.m. at St. John the Apostle Church in Minot with a reception and dance to follow at the Grand International Inn in Minot. No invitations are reqired for the ceremony or the dance at 8 p.m.
