Rick Berg came out of Wednesday's debate as the clear winner. As expected with this much anticipated debate, both candidates came out fired up. However, I was caught off guard amused with how active Heidi Heitkamp was in trying to distance herself from Barack Obama and Harry Reid. She even went as far as quoting Sarah Palin at one point. That's a lot different than the Heidi a few years ago who said "Barack Obama is going to be amazing."
