Agenda: The committee will consider several building relocation requests, support for a grant request that would cover home demolition for low-income flood victims, an ordinance regulating heavy vehicles on city streets, bus route changes, the southwest railroad quiet zone and a moratorium on new billboards until signage standards are adopted.
