Agenda: The committee will discuss sale of a downtown parking lot to Artspace and a donation to the project. It will consider a change in polling place in northwest Minot, a contractor monitoring plan, an extension of its home acquisition program to accommodate a second phase, an affordable housing study, bid letting for rehabilitation and reconstruction of flood-damaged houses, debris removal from river loops.
