In the rush for higher-priced apartments in Minot, many landlords are ignoring federal and ADA laws in their refusal or limitations to rent to disabled persons.
Making new limits to wheelchairs and walkers, the size and weight of service animals, the family members allowed, even wanting full access to medical files: All (are) commonplace and illegal.
Employees being discourteous in big chain stores to older and disabled people is becoming commonplace also.
In this day and age, people should remember that everyone is equal in the Constitution and also in the eyes of God.
