Elisabeth Otto and Eric Westman, both of Minot, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Linda Stevick, Minot, Paul and Charlotte Otto, of Canfield, Ohio, and Tallahassee, Fla., and Willard and Beverly Westman, Sawyer.
She graduated from Devils Lake High School and from Minot State University. She works at First District Health Unit in Minot.
He graduated from Sawyer High School. He is employed by Concrete Mobile in Minot.
The wedding will be Saturday, Aug. 18, at 4 p.m. at the Scandinavian Heritage Park grounds in Minot. The dance will be at 8:30 p.m. in the North Dakota State Fair Center Theatre Room. Invitations are not required for the ceremony or for the dance.
