Larry and Maxine Lane, Minot, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house on Sunday, June 10, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m., in West Minot Church of God, Minot.
Their daughters, Stacy Merkel and Michelle Weishaar, both Minot, and Melissa Jorgenson, Bismarck, and their families will host the event.
Larry Lane and Maxine Blom were married June 1, 1962, in Lignite. Larry retired after 38 years with Vocational Rehabilitation Association in Minot. Maxine worked as the executive secretary to the president of Northwest Bible College and later at Ward County Social Services. They have seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
