WATFORD CITY - Jon K. Prestangen, 77, Watford City, died Friday, April 20, 2012, in a Minot hospital.
He was born March 12, 1935, to Erik and Minda Prestangen in Williston. He served in the U.S. Army in 1957. He married Ila Gilstad on Dec. 27, 1957.
Survivors: wife; daughter, Jonilla Kellogg, Watford City; son, Rocky, Watford City; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Inar.
