Marcus Anthony Cox, center, is sworn in as an honorary federal special agent on Feb. 22 at First Assembly of God Church in Minot. Representatives from a multitude of national and Canadian law enforcement and emergency responders community were on hand to honor Cox, who was born with a brain injury that left him physically and mentally disabled.
