So Rick Berg is coming back to North Dakota to tell us how evil government regulations are. This is the same guy who said we should drill for oil under the Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
The only thing protecting western North Dakota from a complete and utter environmental disaster is government regulation.
I can just see Berg's campaign slogan now: "An oil waste pit in every yard."
