Magic City Implement in Minot has been recognized by New Holland Agriculture with membership in the President's Club, the highest company honor that can be attained by a dealership. It recognizes outstanding achievement in all facets of business management and customer satisfaction.
This is the first year the President's Club award has been handed out by New Holland Agriculture, and Magic City Implement, which also carries Case IH equipment, only learned about the honor after being presented with the award Tuesday.
"It's providing excellence in the areas of sales, parts, service and precision products to our customers," said Tiffanie Fettig, CIO of Magic City Implement.

Fettig said the award was a great surprise and they are honored to win it the very first year.
"It's apparently not offered to very many dealers. We're the only one in northwestern North Dakota, for a New Holland dealer, that it was awarded to," Fettig said. "So that feels pretty good."
The award might be extra special for Leann Zablotney, owner of Magic City Implement, because of the close ties her family has with the business.
"I think one thing that's significant about our dealership that's different than a lot (of others) is that we are family-owned and operated, and we've been here for over 27 years serving local farm families," Zablotney said.
