Minot Public Schools will be honoring 28 retiring employees and presenting years of service awards to 78 employees at a Recognition Banquet at 5:45 p.m. May 15 at the Grand International Convention Center. The public is invited to attend the banquet. Tickets are $12 each and can be purchased at all Minot Public Schools and the Minot Public Schools Administration building until noon on May 6.
Employees who are retiring include: Robert Anderson, Susan Burge, Sandy Butz, Mary Carlson, Alicia Cross, Apryl Davenport, Renee Farrell, Corinne Frey, Darla Fricke, Susan Gessner, Susan Hofland, Lane Irwin, Brian Jensen, Stephanie Johnson, Steve Joyal, Gail Linrud, David Looysen, Marsha Looysen, Kay Madsen, Daniel Petersen, Judith Quill, Al Schlag, Anita Seymour, Sandra Skeldum, Rich Solberg, DeLoris Spengler, Kathleen Tschetter and DuWayne Walz.

Employees who will receive awards for 35 years of service are Deb Anderson, Ramona Arneson, Gary Bjornson, Kenneth Boyeff, Gerald Fredriksen, JoAnn Gudmunson, Marlene Holden, Steven Joyal, Nancy Parizek, Deborah Sheldon, Deb Sisco and DeLoris Spengler.
Employees who will receive awards for 40 years of service are Ruth Belzer and Michael Gessner.
