Bill and Virginia Stevick of Minot celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner Feb. 4.
He graduated from Model High School in Minot in 1948 and joined the Air Force. He met Virginia May Young while stationed at March Air Force Base, Riverside, Calif., in 1950. They were married Feb. 4, 1951. He served in the Air Force for 26 years until he retired. Together they raised four children: Linda Stevick, Devils Lake; Steve Stevick of Dallas; and Sharon Stevick, Burlington, and Bill Stevick, deceased. The couple also has three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
