Taylor Seeman and Erick Rub of Minneapolis announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Raymond and Susan Seeman of Stanton, Neb., and Dr. Jeffrey and Jana Rub of Norfolk, Neb., formerly of New Leipzig. Jana (Osadchy) Rub is formerly of Max.
She graduated from Stanton High School in Stanton, Neb., in 2005 and earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science, economics, and East Asian studies in 2009 from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minn. She is involved with the Teach for America program and teaches elementary special education for the Minneapolis school district.
He graduated from Norfolk High School in 2004 and earned a bachelor of science degree in professional accountancy and finance in 2008 from Northern State University in Aberdeen, S.D. He is employed by Wells Fargo in Minneapolis as a loan servicing specialist.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 23, in First United Methodist Church in Norfolk, Neb. A supper reception and dance will follow at The White House in Pierce, Neb.
