Kelsey Dawn Roos and Steven Richard Walter announce their engagement. Their parents are Darrell and Donna Roos, Minot, and Neal and Judy Walter, Minot.
She graduated from Minot High School in 2005 and from North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton in 2009 with a dental hygiene degree. She works as a dental hygienist/assistant in the Fargo area. He graduated from Minot High School in 2005 and is finishing his degree in graphic design at Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, where he plans to graduate in the spring.
They are planning a Dec. 18 wedding at the Metigoshe Ministries Christian Center, Lake Metigoshe, near Bottineau. No invitations are required.
