Daniel and Bernadine Hager of Minot will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday, Sept. 4, with renewal of their vows at a 4 p.m. Mass in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Minot. A dinner reception will be held with a dance at 8:30 p.m. in the Holiday Inn-Riverside in Minot. No invitations are required for the dance. The couple requests no gifts.
Bernadine Schmidt and Daniel Hager were married Aug. 31, 1960, in Blumenfeld. He worked for Burlington Northern Railroad. She worked for the Minot Public Schools at Jim Hill Middle School in Minot.
Their children, Belinda Selfors, Sauk Centre, Minn.; Mark, Minot; and Kevin, Pembina, and their families will host the events. The couple has five grandchildren and one great-grandchild and live at 732-19th Ave. SW.
