Amanda Kaler, Fargo, and Jonathan Voigt, Burlington, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Kip and Nancy Kaler, Fargo, and Orin and Carmen Voigt, Burlington.
She graduated in 2005 from Fargo North High School and will graduate from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks in August with a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in public administration. She works in the Department of Athletics at UND.
He graduated in 2004 from Minot High School and in 2008 from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks with a bachelor's degree in English. He currently attends the UND School of Law in Grand Forks.
A Saturday, Aug. 7, wedding is planned in Messiah Lutheran Church, followed by a reception in the Radisson Hotel, both in Fargo.
