Courtney Sluke and Justin Traeger announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Daniel and Nedra Sluke, Minot, and Rick and Diane Traeger, Glasgow, Mont.
She graduated from Minot High School in 2007 and attends Minot State University, where she is pursuing a degree in elementary education. She is a before and after school aide at Washington Elementary School in Minot.
He graduated from Glasgow High School in 2001 and from Minot State University in 2009 with a criminal justice degree. He is currently employed by the Ward County Jail.
A Saturday, Aug. 7, wedding is planned for 3:30 p.m. in First Lutheran Church in Minot. The reception and dance will follow at 5 p.m. in The Vegas Motel in Minot.
