Carla Rodacker and David Munkirs were married April 18 in the Flamingo Las Vegas Garden Chapel in Las Vegas. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Donna Rodacker, Minot. He is the son of Jesse and Kathy Munkirs, Columbia, Mo.
