Stephanie Billing and Jordan Torgerson announce their forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Russell and Tracy Billing, Minot, and Paulette Torgerson, Surrey, and Miles Torgerson, Fremont, Neb.
The wedding will be Saturday, Sept. 19, at 3:30 p.m. in First Lutheran Church in Minot. No invitations are required for the ceremony or for the reception at 5 p.m. or dance at 8:30 p.m., both in the Theater Room of the North Dakota State Fair Center at the State Fairgrounds in Minot.
