Lila Thompson of Minot, formerly of Upham, will celebrate her 90th birthday at an open house Saturday, Sept. 5, from 2 to 4 p.m. in St. Mark's Lutheran Church, 2209-4th Ave. NW. Her children and grandchildren will host the event. The family requests no gifts.
