Dennis and Rebecca "Becky" (Burckhard) Cargo, Towner, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary July 25 privately with their family, traveling to South Dakota and Medora. Their three children, Jeremy Cargo, Bismarck, and April Brandt and John Cargo, both Towner, and their four grandchildren will host the celebration.
