Sounds like a lazy officer tasering a individual jumping a fence on a misdemeanor charge...excessive use of force.

Concerned: I agree. In my experience hot-headed bullies are known by their peers,but tattle tales are so looked down on they seldom speak. This appears to be a case where someone should have spoke up. Our police should not have to get banged up to expose a violent hot-head. Thanks to them because it could have been any one of us getting a beating. Say a prayer for those two officers.

I just don't understand why Minot State isn't looking into these people's backgrounds more. In addition, the one player is lucky he didn't get doubled charged for attempted murder.
