We used to joke about winters keeping the riff-raff out and it did. Back then riff-raff was homeless people in Fargo and vagabonds who were moving through the state via the interstate system. It's really good to see the demand and prices go down on shelter for the workers, now lets deal with getting things back in order for our elderly.
