It's time that ND steps up and does something about this. Anyone over the age of 65 should be required to take a driving and reaction test, if they fail that test they no longer get a drivers license. It would never happen though because our State because politicians are to worried about getting re-elected instead of doing the right thing which is both sad and depressing.
