I'm not quite sure how 5 football players illegally signing a petition illustrates the need for tougher voter laws? You may make a case for petitions but how many documented cases of voter fraud have occurred in ND? If there is a need, there should be data to support it. It's an undisputable fact that the Republican party has made a concerted effort to disenfranchise minoritie voters in many states just because they are more likely to vote Democratic than Republican. If you have a case to make for voter fraud, present it otherwise it just sounds like more Republican talking points.
