Well minot residents didn't ask for all the rift-raft and no the local authorites can't do it all. By the way have you been to WWW (wild West Williston) lately? pretty sure there crime rates are higher than you may think!! I'm sure the any city councilman would be happy to entertain your wisdom on changing how others are effecting this city.
