h4c I see it is for the benefit of the few rather than the benefit of the majority. I forgot the republican message.

“h4c interesting twist coming from you. I would thought you would be more for the income tax elimination.” Worried try thinking for yourself and leave the rest of us to opine on their own.
I will stick to what I said but think the property tax issue needs addressing. I know mine went up almost an increase of $500 but I think Bismarck will take from us this year and give back the next. Kinda like a zero net gain. As for home ownership, I know a lot of people prefer now not to own but to rent. Many seniors included.
You still are up to assuming what others are thinking but you know what Rhett Butler said to Scarlet when last parted?

h4c interesting twist coming from you. I would thought you would be more for the income tax elimination. Not all working people own property, but everyone has to make a living and if we eliminate the state income tax it may help some of these people a chance to purchase their own homes and contribute to the property tax roles and help eleveate some of the property tax burden.

I think reducing or eliminating State Income tax is not the answer as out of state workers would benefit probably more than North Dakotan’s would. I believe the focus should be on property tax reduction instead. At least incrementally downward each year. Give it a try.

I feel there is no moving forword if ANY tax is either reduced or eliminated. Both the Republican and Democrat Parties MUST embrace taxation. And must disavow any reduction in taxes. No matter debt or surplus.
There will be no Votes if there are no Gifts....beware politicians.....

Eliminate the state income tax for all. Require all out of state businesses & workers to have their vehicles licensed and registered in ND in order to work in ND. That would generate increased revenue like Montana does.
