The traffic is from the oil boom, air base, and people from rural areas coming into town. They are not using buses.

Who rides the city bus service? Most of the buses I have seen are mostly empty except for school kids.

@PJ well I know better City buses are not going to help the traffic congestion as the people going to work are not using them! RIGHT! They cannot afford to live in the city!
