Does anyone know if they pass House Bill 1185 and give access to Land lords will the owners have to have owed the property before the flood and is it open the land lords that are not ND (or US) citizens?

It's got a long way to go but amendments would require the owner to have been the owner at the time of the flood. Haven't heard anything on being a US citizen.

What good is a Tax credit,if you don't make enough to pay that much in taxes. Also we are 76 years old and pay on a home and will be all forgiven in ten years. Do the math
