I also feel I must give accolades to Colon Powell for working together, reaching across the aisle, compromising, in that he feels he can support MUCH, MUCH of my Democrat Party's agenda....vote for Mr. Omama twice, and still feels he is a Republican. How can that not be more American? Just how?

Maybe he's my new mentor....maybe I can still call myself a Republican, but push for ALL that is Democrat Party? I just don't know...

....I'm just going to have to start following Powell a lot closer, I feel. It would be better to be more like him....

Interesting article, but I think that the price tag of operating a drone will be regulation enough. The pilot alone is going to cost the department millions (assuming he goes through standard military training channels). You'll also have a sensor operator, who is going to cost nearly as much to train. Then you have to pay their salaries. To complete with the military, that's going to be around $100-$125K per year for the pilot, $60-70K for the operator. Then you have to pay for cost of operations-the maintenance. Also expensive.

Just so you can give someone a $15 speeding ticket?

hj & h2c I have nothing but praise about the military, but the problem is, you two clowns think you are something special! I believe the military chooses a better class of recruits today than they accepted in the past!!! You two are perfect examples of that!! Case you don't know it President Obama is the current Commander in Chief of all the United States Armed Forces and deserves the respect of any other Commander. If you were still in the military you would be hauled up on charges for all of the remarks you have made about him in the past posts. You two certainly do not act like former military personnel.

I survived an abusive father I certainly could have handled any little old soldier boot camp! Believe me! I can handle myself very well. I don't need any GI Joe to tell me all their tough little war stories!

h4c I doubt if you were ever an officer! No officer would ever talk like you did to me! You are the one that disrespected the uniform by your behavior! You are no officer or a gentleman! Was this the way you conducted yourself in the military?

My two sons and my older brother all served in the military and I am very proud of all military men & women who are serving and have served. Just because you served in the military doesn't give you the RIGHT to attack another person's character! What gives you the RIGHT to call another person's views twisted just because YOU don't agree with it! Who are you anyway? You are just another American just like I am no more no less. Do you get you kicks attacking me or what? You know waht you and your fox hole buddy hj can do with it too!!

And calling people crude names. That is childish. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. Good lesson to remember.

disgusted he told me I had a mental disorder and should be in Jamestown! How would you feel if someone told you that? Wouldn't you respond to that! He has been ridiculing me about all of my point of views like his point of views are far more superior than others because he served in the military! I just pointed out that my brother was a Vietnam vet and he doesn't treat people like h4c does! I may have let my emotions come across a little to strong for that I apologize, however when someon calls you crazy and states that your opinions don't matter in this country I do find very offensive! I do have the RIGHT in this country as an American to speak out against people like him!

MDN online editors remove some comments for no reason at all....I have had a number removed recently.

And we can all come together that I do not name-call or make personal attacks...and we can come together in agreeing my character has been attacked, and those comments survive.

But I feel it's no big deal, attacks or not on me. Doesn't bother me or my Democrat Party. I just move forword to advance my cause....Votes For Gifts.

Why was this post removed --You would not know the difference between assumptions and accusations little boy...I’m not making assumptions about you but accusations based on months of lies and misrepresentations coming from your mouth. And remember only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier. One for your sins and one for your freedom.

And yet this one wasn't? "h4c my older brother is a Vietnam Vet and he doesn't act like a butt hole like you. He doesn't think he is any more special than anyone else that didn't go to vietnam. So it is not your military service that makes you a butt hole it must be something else. Free speech is only for the libs?
