Secretary of Defense nominee, Chuck Hagle, doesn’t support abortion in instances of rape.
Wonder why the libs aren't protesting, screaming, creating outrage?

disgusted don't worry Chuck Hagle is not a big fan of Sen McCain either and I don't believe he will be selected as the next Sec. of Defense. It will be interesting to see all you republicans turn on one of your own!

NO the thing we are all waiting for is for one, just one democrat or liberal or progressive to turn on one of your own. Repbulicans and conservatives do not blindly follow as do the democrats. Yawwnn, what is it with you libs that ALWAYS resort to race. Does it burn in your gut that you were forced to vote for a 1/2 black?

hj is so WORRIED that President Obama isn't do his job, however he needs to take his republican blinders off and look at Congress and Sen. McConnel and Speaker Boehner and ask them what exactly they did in the past four years to help move this country forward? Sen. McConnel spent four years using the filibuster and Speaker Boehner's House spent four years sending abortion and planned parenthood bills to the senate and blocking all bills involving anything that President Obama proposed to get this country moving forward!

WA, define moving forward. Also, it isn't a matter of whether Hagel will be seated. My question is why are the libs not raising cain about his stance on abortion? They sure raised particalar h@!! with the poor guy from Missouri?

by democrats blindly drinking the koolaid for the last 60 years. So democrats were afraid of Todd Akin. That is why they called him an idiot. Be careful, you are leaking the truth about democrat strategy. The louder they yell, the more scared they are.

After Republicans regained control of the Senate in the November 2002 elections (thus taking control of the budget process for fiscal 2004 which would begin on Oct. 1, 2003), the all-Republican Congress continued running deficits for four fiscal years (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007). During that time, with President George W. Bush in the White House, the Republicans controlled both the legislative and executive branches but failed to balance the budget.

Dwight Eisenhower was last Republican President to preside over a balanced budget. He had a balanced budget in 1956 and 1957. Since then, there have been two presidents to preside over balanced budgets, LBJ in 1969 and Clinton in 1998 through 2001. During the last 40 years there have been five budget surpluses, all five were under Democratic Presidents: 1969, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2001.

Henryjay, doesn’t it bring you back to your early days of fatherhood? Arguing with Worried is like arguing with a five year old but I would bet your kids, when they were five, completely understood.
But Worried in the back seat, keeps repeating himself over and over again. It is “Eisenhower’s fault” I know it is! After years and years it is easily to see how he resembles his twin...Honey Boo Boo.

hj do you think if Bush would have spent more time on the job instead of on vacation that 9/11 would not have happened? We can play these what if games all day hj. Bush owns the 9/11 it happened on his watch and all the deaths and the costs of those wars are his responsibility. You cannot change that. We are all paying for that now, however the families of all the ones that paid the ultimate sacrifices know what Bush's inactions and actions caused don't we!

h4c it is amazing how you republicans always talk about fiscal responsibilty and seldom act fiscal responsible!

So Bush shouldn't be responsible for anything? Those 8 years of disaster didn't really happen and all those who perished didn't really exist. Or it was all Clinton's fault because he received a BJ in the oval office! That sounds like the logic of the republican party!

RugbyReader....I have to disagree with you ever so slighly. GW was not smart enough to throw the world into economic chaos or dispurse troops to two foreign countries by himself. Heck..Does this sound like a smart man? Mr. Bush paraphrased: "Iraq has WMD. I don't need the approval of the U.N., congress, or the American people to attack Iraq and destroy the WMD." Cheney sat a half seat behind him, allegedly had his hand up GW suit jacket and eyes blinking at the crowd whenever WMD was spoken.
Rumor has it, Haliburton put up 500 Million Dollars to keep the Hague from pursuing WAR CRIMES against Cheney...Who says money can't buy you LOVE.

Worried has trouble discerning the truth in just about anything that oppose his narrow minded views. He just can't seem to understand what others might think of him that don't share his views. For example;

WorriedAmerican you sound very unintelligent with your responses. Better to let people think you're unintelligent than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
