Expensive precedent
I wonder if the people of Minot would be interested in the money they are investing in the downtown gentleman’s club and the Chicago Club. There will not be any return on investment because this money will cover the economic damage occurring as a result of having to modify or move their business so as to conform to the new ordinance number 4130. Many people of Minot might like to attend the Finance Committee meeting at 4:15 p.m. today for further discussion. Depending on the result of this ordinance, this could establish an expensive precedent for future zoning regulations. The Finance Committee makes recommendation to the City Council. Therefore, you might also attend the City Council meeting, which will be held 7 p.m. on Monday for further discussion of ordinance number 4130 because it is at the City Council meeting where the ordinance will pass or fail.

I would like to address the compensation clause of the proposed amendment to the applicable ordinance.

We need a community bowl, I am convinced of that.
