Thank you, Minot
I just returned home after attending the American Legion Central Plains Regional Tournament, where my son was playing for the Rod’s Sports, Blue Springs A’s from Missouri. I just wanted to thank the Minot American Legion Post and especially tournament director Chuck Buttz for putting on such a fine tournament. My son has played in numerous national tournaments over the past 10 years and I have to say that this one ranks No. 1 with me in the efficiency in which it was ran. I would also like to thank the Missouri host, Selmer Flom, for taking care of our boys during their stay in Minot. You are a fine gentleman and the boys all enjoyed their time with you. Thank you also to The Minot Daily News for the fantastic coverage you did on the tournament. It was nice to have newspapers to take back to all of the parents who were unable to attend the tournament. My accommodations at the Grand International were fabulous, the food at Primo was fantastic and our server Vicki was great.
