Oil tank explodes near Ray, no injuries reported

RAY – An oil tank exploded about three miles north of Ray on Friday, according to a spokesperson from the Ray Fire Department. The explosion occurred about 10:30 a.m.
Any spillage from the tank was contained by the embankment encircling it, and the fire was considered contained as of 11:45 a.m.
No one was on site when the tank burst and no one was injured from the incident.
