Minot’s Bobbi Jo Bradford and Joseph Matthew Goodin charged with breaking into Minot duplex
Two people were charged with criminal trespass after the owners of a duplex at 117 20th Street NW reported hearing noises coming from the other half of their building shortly after midnight on Tuesday.
Bobbi Jo Bradford and Joseph Matthew Goodin both made initial appearances on the felony criminal trespass charges on Wednesday in district court in Minot. Bradford is also charged with criminal mischief, possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine praphernalia. Goodin is also charged with criminal mischief.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, police investigated and found a broken window on the duplex leading into the basement and multiple footprints outside the window. Police found Goodin and Bradford in the basement of the duplex. When they searched Bradford, they also found meth and meth paraphernalia.
